Homes have always drawn me in—not just because of their structure and design but because of what they represent: a sense of belonging, a fresh start, a space that truly feels like yours. Even in high school, I’d drive around to look at houses, curious about their stories. That passion eventually led me here.After 25 years in healthcare operations, where I focused on problem-solving, mentoring, and communication, I found a natural transition into real estate. Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and my goal is to make it feel less overwhelming and much more rewarding. I know firsthand what it’s like to search for the right place, navigate contracts, and weigh the emotions that come with big moves. I’ve bought and sold land, purchased my first home as a single buyer, and even worked with a builder to create my dream home. Those experiences shaped how I guide others—being straightforward, proactive, and always looking for what’s best for them.

It’s always great to find that perfect house, but sometimes it’s not an easy path. As is the case for us. Being an older couple, we were looking for the “perfect forever home”. We mentioned this to Gina right up front and told her this was probably not going to be easy. She took us on as clients anyway and she stood by us from day one. Can’t tell you how many hours she spent on our behalf, but it was a lot. After about 8-10 months and having no luck with the housing market, we would spend our days driving around different neighborhoods and we’d see houses that we liked (not for sale) and we’d have Gina send them a letter (just out of the blue) to see if they had any interest in selling their house. After about 10 of those letters someone finally got back to Gina and said yes, they were thinking of selling. So long story short, it was a perfect house for us and with Gina’s help we purchased it.
We could never have done this without Gina’s help. She is organized, creative, honest and a joy to work with; we can’t thank her enough for her help.
